Charlotte has been a resident of Independence since 1970; having moved here from Iowa. She obtained her real estate license in 1981. Charlotte is a member of the National Associations of Realtors, the Kansas Association of Realtors and the Independence Board of Realtors. She has GRI designation, Graduate of Realtors Institute. Charlotte is active in church, community, and civic activities. She is an active member of the First United Methodist Church, the Independence Community College Foundation Board, the Independence Chamber of Commerce Board, the First Leadership Board, the Junior Achievement Board of Directors, the Mercy Home Care Advisory Committee and the Chapter EF, PEO.
